The American Swiss Foundation's Young Leader program began in 1990. It is, the organisation states for "nurturing and investing in rising leaders from the business, political, and academic worlds, as well as in the media and nonprofit sector", and so would seem to be a deep state recruitment network.[1] in 1990.
For the first year's leadership cadre, see American Swiss Foundation/Young Leaders/1990.
