Deep Politics Wiki:Editorial policy

From Deep Politics Wiki
This encyclopedia is a CC BY-SA fork of WikiSpooks with a narrow fringe cut. Archive pages are source material, not a verdict.

Deep Politics Wiki is a sober encyclopedia of deep politics and power structures: covert action, intelligence services, political crime, elite networks, and documented influence operations. It is a CC BY-SA fork oriented toward WikiSpooks materials with a narrow fringe cut.

Point of view

The point of view is curiosity—document the record; do not campaign. Prefer method over slogans: neither QAnon mythology nor panic-as-solvent.

Editorial rules

  • Prefer reliable sources (RS): peer-reviewed scholarship, major newsrooms with corrections policies, declassified government records, court documents, and official reports (e.g. Church Committee).
  • Use MediaWiki citations (<ref>...</ref> and <references />).
  • Separate fact, allegation, inference, and dispute in prose. Do not present contested claims as settled.
  • Source claims, not vibes: each load-bearing sentence should be checkable. Living-person biographies need a higher bar.
  • No unverifiable claims. If only anonymous forums assert it, leave it out or mark it as unsourced rumor (prefer leave it out).
  • Imported WikiSpooks pages are a source archive that survived the fringe cut—not an automatic verification stamp.

Fringe exclusions

Conspiracy mythology is out of scope: 5G panic lore, chemtrails, New World Order grand narratives, UFO religion, QAnon (including Pizzagate basement-cabal and adrenochrome lore), flat earth, and antivaccine polemics. See Deep Politics Wiki:Fringe cut for the full table and in-scope edge cases.

Not a conspiracy wiki

Tone is encyclopedic, not crank. Attribute sources; rewrite loaded language into neutral prose; prefer quality over volume. Structure-without-a-plot (e.g. Glennon’s double government) is in scope; plot-without-a-structure (Q) is not.
