The fringe cut is narrow on purpose. Inclusion is the default; omission is the exception. Most of the WikiSpooks corpus is retained. This page states what is out of scope and why.
This wiki documents covert power with a documentary trail. It is not a clearinghouse for grand-conspiracy mythology, medical denialism, or internet LARPs. See also editorial policy and method.
What is cut
Pages whose titles, primary topics, or organizing categories fall in these families are not imported and must not be created here:

Hard examples that must not appear as articles: Chemtrails, 5G (conspiracy sense), QAnon, New World Order (grand-narrative sense), UFO-as-governance, Flat Earth.
Linking a cut title from a policy page to say “this is cut” does not create an article. Do not soft-launch fringe pages as “stubs to expand later.”
What is kept
Documented covert action, intelligence history, organized crime, clandestine networks, propaganda, assassinations, false-flag allegations with a documentary trail, national-security law, and comparable deep-political subjects remain. Operation Gladio, Propaganda Due, COINTELPRO, MKULTRA, and the Church Committee are in scope.
Kept pages are still subject to claim-level sourcing: allegation ≠ finding; archive survival ≠ verification.
Claim-level rule (why the cut is narrow)
A page can discuss a contested event without adopting a fringe frame. The cut removes organizing myths that collapse every detail into one plot. It does not delete awkward primary-record residues from otherwise in-scope topics. Curiosity is not Q; curiosity is also not “debunked, therefore nothing.” See Deep Politics Wiki:Point of view.
Why not a second wiki
Parapolitics is a useful name and a redirect target. This site's canonical title is Deep Politics Wiki. Do not operate a duplicate encyclopedia under a second domain; point extra names here.
