Anthony Roderick Chichester Bancroft Cooke is a UK businessman, shipowner and deep state operative. He was appointed to the UK Privy Council in 2001 [1] and is listed in Who's Who 2020.[2] He was a director of the Institute for Statecraft from 2017 until the group was wound up in 2023. He was listed as a trustee as of January 2019.[3]
