A highly funded (almost $100M) think tank stacked with establishment insiders. In 2020 the Aspen Ministers Forum released a document Twenty-Seven Foreign Ministers Issue Call for United Nations to Coordinate Global COVID-19 Response, like the Club de Madrid's Uniting_Behind_A_People's_Vaccine_Against_COVID-19, a thinly veiled effort to prepare people for submission to a campaign of compulsory injection.
