Category:Wikispooks

It seems practical for this Category:Wikispooks replace the Category:Top level node of the category hierarchy on Wikispooks - if folks agree to this idea.

With gradual updates, all other categories should eventually fall under this top node in whatever hierarchy may or may not yet exist.

In particular, management of Wikispooks could be the first place to start organizing, as there are over a thousand Special:Categories, along with countless category-less pages.

Categories are a powerful wiki tool to embrace and utilize.
