Charles McCurdy "Mac" Mathias Jr. was a US lawyer who was a member of the Church Committee that was charged with investigating the CIA's activities. He was also a senior Bilderberger.

Mathias was a member of the Bilderberg Steering Committee and had been attending Bilderberg meetings since 1967.[1] He was a panelist for the session on the discussion of Current Events: The U.S. Budget And The European Perspective at the 1985 Bilderberg.[2]
