NSDAP treasurer who destroyed evidence of actual party financing, said what was wanted at the Nuremberg trials and received a light sentence, then soon died of ¨gastric trouble".

Franz Xaver Schwarz was a high ranking German NSDAP official who was Reichsschatzmeister (National Treasurer) of the Party throughout most of its existence. After destroyed all evidence of the actual party financing, he played along at the Nuremberg trials and received a light sentence. Relased in 1947, he died the same year of ¨gastric trouble".

Destroyed records of the real backers

Nikolay Starikov wrote that:

But the little fish in the Nazi apparatus wanted to live on. For example, the permanent treasurer of the NSDAP, Reichsleiter and Obergruppenführer of the SS, Franz Xaver Schwarz. He personally burned all the party's financial documents in the "Brown House" in Munich. Black knew every detail of the financing of his party. Why did Schwarz destroy the financial documents? Much more interesting is the question: why did he not destroy all the documents without exception, but did not touch part of them? Because Franz Xaver Schwarz was attached to his life and had to do something for it. He was obliged to burn all the compressing documents and leave the innocuous ones in their place.

On whom did the future fate of the Nazi leaders depend? From the German industrialists Krupp and Borsig! Of course not! It depended on those who defeated fascist Germany – on the leading figures of the countries of the anti-Hitler coalition. To which occupation zone did the bigwigs of the Third Reich strive to get to twith all available means and forces? In the Anglo-American zone. Of the allies who invaded Munich, Franz Xaver Schwarz was also arrested, who had already burned everything superfluous in his archive as a preventive measure.

On the basis of the preserved documents of the Nazi Party, our historians came to the conclusion that the German industrialists financed Hitler. The further fate of Franz Xaver Schwarz proves that our conclusions are very close to the truth. After the destruction of the papers that could compromise the victors, the great NSDAP man and SS man received a "childish" prison sentence of 2 years. Already in 1947 the treasurer of the Führer is again at large. It seems to him that everything is going as agreed. In court, he makes the right statements, keeps silent where he has to keep silent, gets a few years in prison and is quickly released again.

Unfortunately, he has forgotten only one thing – only a dead witness is a good witness! Franz Xaver Schwarz, already back to freedom in 1947, died suddenly in the same year. In prison he is healthy, in freedom he dies.[1]
