At the end of the CIAs use of the U2 airplane it was also developed a system to monitor and influence the pilot. Captain in the Norwegian Air Force, Oddmund Bjørnaali, is convinced Sem-Jacobsen choose pilots and made equipment for the U2 airplane.[4]
