| The Integrity Initiative's first foreign cluster, set up in Spain in January 2017 | |
The Spanish Cluster of the Integrity Initiative was the group's first cluster, set up in January 2017[1] leaked in the first Integrity Initiative Leak.
Members
Members include Eduardo Serra Rexach, who was Spanish Minister of Defence 1996-2000, and who attended the 2004 Bilderberg. The email address of the member identified only as 'Tito' is the same as that of Jesus Ramon-Laca Clausen. This is presumably a reference to Charles Tito Powell .
Activities
The Spanish cluster began the Moncloa operation, an organised campaign against Pedro Baños, after which he was passed over for Director of the Spanish Department of Homeland Security.[2]
