James Delingpole is a British journalist.[1] Having previously worked in "conservative" corporate media such as the Spectator and the Telegraph, he in 2019 started producing the Delingpod, a podcast covering deep politics and broader "conspiracy theories".

Education

Delingpole attended Malvern College from 1978 to 1983,[2] followed by Christ Church, Oxford (1983–1986),[3] where he studied English language and literature.[4]

Corporate career

In addition to writing articles and commentary for the Daily Mail, the Daily Express,[5] The Times,[6] The Daily Telegraph,[7] and several books at corporate publishers.

He broke away from corporate media around 2019, according to himself his final "wake up moment" was the stolen presidential election; "And it wasn't as though I hadn’t before been aware of the possibility of high level conspiracies in the world. Damn it, I'd written a whole book about it - Watermelons - in which I discovered in my researches that the entire global green movement is essentially an elite project to crush small businesses, immiserate the populace and enrich and empower a tiny predator class that see people like you and me as a cancer on the earth. I knew this; I'd done my research; I had all the receipts - yet still, despite all this, I maintained my bizarre faith that the world was basically in good order and that we weren't really on the verge of being destroyed by psychopaths hellbent on reviving the Babylonian slave system."[8]
