John Douglas Kinser was assassinated by Mac Wallace.
Assassination
On 22nd October, 1951, Mac Wallace went to Kinser's miniature golf course. After finding Kinser in his golf shop, he shot him several times before escaping in his station wagon. A customer at the golf course heard the shooting and managed to make a note of Wallace's license plate. The local police force used this information to arrest Wallace.
