Michael J. Glennon

Michael J. Glennon is an American legal scholar and professor of international law at the Fletcher School, Tufts University. He is best known in national-security scholarship for National Security and Double Government (Oxford University Press, 2014), which elaborates the double-government distinction between Madisonian institutions and the Trumanite network.
