Details of the plan was found on a CD seized in the office of retired Major Levent Bektaş, when he was arrested in April 2010. The document was published by Taraf newspaper in May 2010.[1] An English translation of it exists.[2] The plan allegedly calls for political terrorism and assassinations to be enacted against non-Muslims religious minorities, specifically groups of Eastern Orthodox, Armenians, Kurds, Jews and Alevis.[3]
