A paedophile (US: pedophile) is a person who has a sexual preference for prepubescent children, generally under the age of 13. This attraction to children is considered a mental disorder. There is some discussion about the naming convention, and when hebephile or ephebophiles (terminology introduced in the 2000s) should be used.[1]
"A slave army of pedophiles"

(To Catch a Predator was an American reality television series running between 2004 and 2007 [1] / Perverted-Justice was an American organization which publicized the conduct of adults who have used chat rooms in order to solicit online sexual conversations and in-person meetings with minors. [2])
A somewhat similar situation was the story of the Black Mirror episode: Shut Up and Dance.[3]
