Rahm Israel Emanuel is an American politician who was Mayor of Chicago. A member of the Democratic Party, Emanuel became Chicago's first Jewish mayor in 2011. He was reelected on April 7, 2015. He was Barak Obama's first Chief of staff.
He is brother of equally deep state actors Ari Emanuel and Ezekiel Emanuel
