1977 saw the continued offshoring of the US Deep state, through deep state milieux such as the Safari Club, into the proto Supranational Deep State. The prolific Mae Brussell, who had begun broadcasting in 1971, began producing tapes and distributing them in March 1977.

The US deep state, in 1977 undergoing subtle transformation into what Peter Dale Scott refers to as the "Supranational Deep State", began shipping a series of huge consignments of weapons to Libya, at the time under Muammar Gaddafi. This included about 20 tons of C-4 (plastic) explosive, enough to destroy thousands of planes. This event was almost ignored by the commercially-controlled media - and the fact that it doesn't even have its own Wikipedia page underlines the cabal's continues control of information.
