The MS Estonia was a civilian ferry which sank in the Baltic Sea. It is suspected that the unregistered cargo of the ship had something to do with the "accident". The decision to cover the wreck in a sarcophagus by the Swedish government, and not to raise it or a substantial number of the bodies, raises suspicion.
