Carl Nils Daniel Bildt is a Swedish deep state operative, politician, diplomat and businessman. In the 1980s he passed confidential government papers to his handler in the US embassy.[1] In March 2021, Tedros Ghebreyesus appointed him WHO Special Envoy for the Access to COVID-19 Tools Accelerator.
