Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus is a deep state functionary who was previously on the board of two organizations Gates founded, provided seed money for, and continues to fund to this day: GAVI and The Global Fund, where Tedros was Board Chair. In July 2017 he was made the first WHO director general who is not a medical doctor. He has promoted COVID panic and the COVID-19 vaccine, contradicting other WHO officials such as those who questioned the utility of COVID lockdowns.

Activities

Ethiopia

As one of the top leaders of Ethiopia, the ministry of health headed by Tedros promoted the sterilizing young women who belong to the Amara ethnic group (one of the two major ethnic groups of Ethiopia) without informing these Amara women. These young Amara women were subjected to this massive sterilization campaign without their prior informed consent. The Amara ethnic group has been the target for government for more than 25 years.

American economist David Steinman accuses Ghebreyesus of having played a part in, and/or having failed to stop genocidal actions in Ethiopia at a time where he was an official in charge of the security forces and also the country’s foreign minister as a member of the Tigray People’s Liberation Front party. The complaint he filed with the ICC notes:

1. Dr. Tedros is individually responsible under the Rome Statute’s Article 25 for intentional acts that contributed to the death and injury of thousands of Ethiopians.
2. Dr. Tedros also is liable under the Rome Statute’s Article 28 (“Superior Liability”) for failing to take reasonable steps to prevent or punish an Ethiopian government policy of genocide and crimes against humanity by security forces, paramilitaries, and civil servants partially under his effective control.
3. Under the “Effects Doctrine,” the ICC has jurisdiction over nationals of non-member states like Ethiopia whose violations injure ICC state parties.
4. Dr. Tedros’ violations injured state parties to the Statute by increasing refugee flows, causing the waste or abuse of their foreign aid, injuring or traumatizing Ethiopian residents of state parties, causing the kidnapping of a British citizen, and subjecting member states to Covid-related harm that could have been avoided if he had not concealed his criminal past before his WHO election.

COVID-19

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus announced about COVID-19 on 2 March 2020 that "This is a unique virus, with unique features. This virus is not influenza. We are in uncharted territory".
