US Deep state operative whom GHWB pardoned as part of the cover-up of "Iran Contra"

Caspar Willard Weinberger was a US Deep state operative.

Snitch

Kay Griggs accused Weinberger of having been an informant spying on general Douglas MacArthur to bring him down.

Weinberger was General Douglas MacArthur's -- he spied on MacArthur in Korea. Who was MacArthur's nemesis, albatross? It was none other than little old intelligence "I'm-going-to-tell-every-move-you-make" Weinberger. Young. But he did it. He brought down MacArthur. Every move MacArthur was going to make, he broadcast it through the Chaplain, his little intelligence network. And he got brownie points with the group because he brought down the big lion. When you bring down a big lion like that, you get a big job. You've done good work.[1]

Yes. Weinberger faced four felony charges,[2] but was pardoned by George H. W. Bush.[3]

False flag Submarines in Sweden

In the 1980s, there were several hundred sightings of unknown submarines in Sweden. The Soviet Union got blamed, and the number of Swedes perceiving the USSR as a threat skyrocketed from 23% to 84%. The incursions were a major embarrassment to the Swedish Social Democrat government under Olof Palme, who had pushed for detente in Europe.

In a later interview, Caspar Weinberger, US Secretary of Defense in the 1980s, freely admitted[4] "there was no testing of the Swedish defenses without prior consultation with the Swedes. You are speaking of an agreement." The Swedish military had kept the vital information of this agreement from its own government - a false flag psy-op which discredited the Swedish government and depicted the Soviet Union as a threat.
