The Indian deep state

The Indian deep state is not yet well documented here. Unlike European deep states, it was not rebooted in 1945 using the WW2 set-up Gladio networks. Instead the "war on terror" has been used to set up select "counter-terror" teams to carry out deep state policies such as assassination/kidnapping of undesirables etc.

Five years before Rajiv Gandhi was killed in 1991, the CIA had prepared a very detailed and thorough "brief" on what would happen if he were assassinated or otherwise made an "abrupt departure" from the Indian political scene.[3]
