Jaap de Hoop Scheffer is a Dutch politician and deep state operative. De Hoop Scheffer was requested to join the Iraq War one year before all other MPs and became Secretary General of NATO the next year. In that role he held an "anti-terrorist exercise" in Madrid 3 days before the 2004 Madrid train bombings. De Hoop Scheffer described it as a "coincidence".

Career

As is standard for NATO Secretaries General, Jaap de Hoop Scheffer attended the 2003 Bilderberg - i.e. prior to being awarded the job. Stella Ronner Grubačić was his spokesman from 2003-2004.[1]

NATO Future war

Following the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, De Hoop Scheffer hinted or suggested the next location of WW3 following Vladimir Putin his speech.
