Career

Watch on YouTube
One Nation Under Blackmail with Whitney Webb - The Corbett Report - 1 December 2022.

Whitney Webb has written for a range of independent media such as MintPress News,[2] Global Research,[3] the Anti-Media,[4] The Last American Vagabond,[5], the Unz Review[6] and Black Agenda Report.[7] Her website is Unlimited Hangout;[8] all current social media accounts can be found here.

Warning of Bitcoin-induced Patriot Act

Webb warned in Bitcoin Magazine that Bitcoin was being named as a "terror threat" in similar fashion as Islamic terrorism during the 2000s after the surge of cryptocurrencies in the Covid-19 pandemic. Similar to the calls of Peter Thiel, the US Department of Justice and the CIA were noted to be pushing for heavy legislation, and possibly integrating bitcoin into CBDCs, as according to deep state operatives like Thiel letting bitcoin loose would be wrong as it could be used as a "financial bioweapon."[9][10]

Adding to this concern is the fact that a slew of recent mainstream media reports — which cite Treasury and FinCEN officials, DOJ officials and CIA analysts — have claimed specifically that “terrorists are turning to bitcoin, and they’re learning fast”, that bitcoin is the “new frontier in terror financing”, and that “bitcoin is helping terrorists secretly fund their deadly attacks”. Even the prominent military think tank RAND Corporation has argued that “bitcoin and the dark web” are the newest terrorist threat.” |Is about=Whitney Webb,Cryptocurrencies, bitcoin, terrorism, CIA, Department of Justice, ISIS, Al-Qaida, mainstream media|+sep=, |Has wikipediaPage= |Has location=|+sep=, |Has publicationDate=September 2023 |Sourced from=Bitcoin Magazine |Has sourceDetails= |Has sourceTitle= |Has sourceName=Bitcoin Magazine |Has sourceURL=https://BitcoinMagazine.com/print/whitney-webb-bitcoin-and-the-plot-to-destroy-financial-privacy

Patreon censorship 2021

Patreon blocked Webb's account in March 2021, since in their explanation her reports might dissuade her audience from taking preventative measures to fight COVID-19. Point of concern was her December 2020 article that covered the Wellcome Trust extensively.[12][13][14] She was asked to remove the article from her own website, she deleted her Patreon after that. An interview she did with James Corbett shortly thereafter lead to the first strike on Corbett's channel.[15][16][17]

Publications

Third rail topic?

After Webb's book publication, the Wall Street Journal refused to acknowledge Webb's findings regarding her research into Epstein's network to other journalists, only to withhold information Webb released in her own book and specific information shared with the WSJ that only they possessed regarding Epstein's powerful connections. This move and the earlier mentioned YouTube strikes on people interviewing her regarding the book, suggests the contents being a third rail topic or similar to Tracy Twyman, too close to the fire to be promoted.[18]

Delving into all the publicly available material on Epstein, investigative journalist Whitney Webb needed two volumes to trace Epstein’s complex and mysterious career. She meticulously reconstructs the elaborate nebula of his connections to the world not just of finance, but also of espionage and crime. Her two volumes were published last year with the title, “One Nation Under Blackmail.”

Given all the chatter the WSJ’s articles have generated, at breakfast this morning I thought it appropriate to raise the question not so much of Epstein’s story itself, but of the way the press responds to the public’s need for information. After reminding Chad of the context, I shared these thoughts with Chad.

“The Journal appears to confirm, though only partially and obliquely, much of what Webb has described. Because of the implications — including the inevitable embarassment for people who have carefully crafted their public image of respectability — the Journal should either release the documents or, as Wikileaks was wont to do, share them with a number of serious newspapers to ensure a minimum level of objectivity and transparency. This story and all its implications are of vital interest to the public in a democracy. What, apart from the commercial interest of owning a scoop, explains the Wall Street Journal’s reluctance to do so?”” |Is about=Whitney Webb,Wall Street Journal, Wikileaks, Whitney Webb, Epstein Affair, Jeffrey Epstein, One Nation Under Blackmail|+sep=, |Has wikipediaPage= |Has location=|+sep=, |Has publicationDate=May 2023 |Sourced from=Fairobserver |Has sourceDetails= |Has sourceTitle= |Has sourceName=Fairobserver |Has sourceURL=https://www.fairobserver.com/business/technology/breakfast-with-chad-jeffrey-epsteins-confessions-to-the-wsj/
