Catastrophic contagion was a pandemic planning exercise held October 23, 2022 under the direct auspices of Bill Gates, which prepared responses to a pandemic more deadly than COVID-19, one that was particularly deadly for children. The exercise emphasized that "decisive and bold action would need to be taken" with "different, stronger, earlier measures" in the face of "potential political resistance"[1] for a pandemic "in the near future".[2]
Perpetrators
The participants consisted of 10 current and former Health Ministers and senior public health officials from Senegal, Rwanda, Nigeria, Angola, Liberia, Singapore, India, Germany (Robert Koch Institute), as well as Bill Gates, co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.[2] Africa noticeably avoided the forced Covid jabs, so the "pandemic" might be a preparation to mop up the continent. Children were also a target group for the exercise.
Another possibility is that next pandemic might be a way to hide the injuries from the previous jab.
Behind it were The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, in partnership with WHO and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.[2]
Plans
The exercise concluded that Africa and the world should essentially hand the decision making over to the Gates-controlled medical network: "Countries should establish a global network of professional public health leaders who can work together to improve epidemic preparedness and response and strive for consensus on scientific issues in advance of the next major outbreak".[1]
The decisions will be implemented in the early days of the next pandemic with "limited information", to "contain it at the source"[1], meaning the use of lockdowns and probably vaccine passports.
Countries should also start intensive propaganda campaigns and hard censorship, by prioritizing "efforts to increase trust in government and public health; improve public health communication efforts; increase the resiliency of populations to misleading information; and reduce the spread of harmful misinformation."[1]
The "medical countermeasures" are heavily focused on "vaccines", where "manufacturing, distribution, and administration capacities" should be built up to secure "equitable access"[1], meaning coerced jabs.
In order to introduce "different, stronger, earlier measures", it would be an advantage if the "pandemic" should predominantly affect children.[1]
